We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Orders are fulfilled from our fulfillment center in China through our logistics network.
To provide faster and more reliable delivery, orders may be shipped from the warehouse location closest to your shipping destination based on:

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.): 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Other countries: Please allow 10–20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
We prioritize the fastest available shipping route to ensure your order arrives securely and on time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD.
For orders below $100 USD, shipping fees are as follows (standard shipping):
- United States: $9.99 USD
- Canada: $9.99 USD
- Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.): $12.99 USD
- Australia & New Zealand: $12.99 USD
- Other countries: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
We currently offer only standard shipping. Express shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
